Job summary

PRG Pakistan is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementations and upgrades across the business. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure go-live readiness while driving operational efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in ERP/project management, familiarity with Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics, and strong communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP/project management
• Experience with Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong planning and communication skills
• PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation from planning to rollout.
• Manage timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Liaise with external vendors or internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate user testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Provide weekly status updates to executive leadership.
