Job description

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and results-driven individual as the ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations and upgrades. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes and ERP systems. The ERP Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that ERP solutions meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation from planning till the rollout.
• Manage timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Liaise with external vendors (e.g., Bista, Confiz) or internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate user testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Provide weekly status updates to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management (ERP/software preferred)
• Familiarity with both Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics environments is a plus
• Strong communication and planning skills; knowledgeable in PMP or Prince2 is a plus
