Qualifications

• 8+ years of software industry experience.
• 3+ years in project delivery management.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and risk management.
• Understanding of software lifecycles and AI solutions.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple Software and AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scope control.
• Plan resource allocation, team capacity, project priorities, and workload distribution.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage requirements, progress, and escalations.
• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and KPIs; provide regular management reports.
