Job summary

Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales with large prospects across North America. You will own end-to-end deals, develop executive relationships, and close high-value opportunities leveraging Motive’s platform and ecosystem.

You will navigate complex sales cycles, align with cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes that improve safety, productivity, and profitability for customers in diverse industries. This is a high-impact, remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS or industry relevant Enterprise field sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas with data-backed growth.
• Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
• Independent work style with clear sales goals planning.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new Enterprise business by developing executive relationships in key prospects.
• Secure RFP wins and drive growth in contractual-based business.
• Collaborate with account teams and use analytics to optimize buying decisions.
• Identify issues, think critically, and implement best solutions.
• Partner with technical resources to demonstrate integrations and ecosystem value.
• Plan effectively to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Develop deep understanding of Motive’s technology platform and operations for insights.
• Study market trends to deliver consultative guidance.
