Job summary

IMC Certifications is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join the Lahore sales team. The role involves contacting prospective students, sharing information about certification programs and converting leads into enrollments.

Based in Lahore and working on-site, you will handle inquiries via calls and WhatsApp, manage leads in the CRM, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while building strong prospective-student relationships.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of telesales, sales or admissions experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to handle calls and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in Education, EdTech, BPO, or service-based sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
• Understand prospects' requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Explain program details, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
