Job summary

CoderzHunt in Lahore, Pakistan is hiring a Telesales Executive (Inbound Leads) to convert incoming inquiries into sales. You will handle calls and WhatsApp communication during the 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM window, targeting daily and monthly sales goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in telesales or customer service, are fluent in Urdu, with Punjabi and basic English a plus. You’ll work with warm inbound leads and uncapped commission on each successful deal, within a supportive, growth-focused

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp.

• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision.
• Present proposals, explain pricing, and handle objections professionally.
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up notes in CRM.
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality and customer questions.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Market competitive + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages or services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision is made.
• Share proposals, explain pricing, and handle customer objections professionally.
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate lead records, statuses, and follow-up notes in the CRM or lead sheet.
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, customer concerns, and frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
