Job summary

Growatt New Energy in Pakistan seeks a pre-sales engineer to provide full-cycle technical support—from requirement analysis to site surveys and design—ensuring alignment with local grid codes and customer needs.

You will compile proposals, system diagrams, datasheets, and tender documents in English, conduct seminars and product demos, monitor grid regulations, and collaborate with product, delivery and after-sales teams to finalize solutions and support tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation or related majors.
• Solid experience in energy storage / power industry pre-sales; familiar with BESS, PCS, battery system and Korean grid standards is strongly preferred
• good English reading and writing capability
• Capable of independently completing solution design, technical proposal writing and customer technical exchange
• Customer-oriented, strong logical thinking, presentation skills and cross-team coordination ability

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle pre-sales technical support for Pakistan customers, including technical communication, requirement analysis, site survey, scheme design and technical quotation sorting.
• Compile technical proposals, system single-line diagrams, datasheets and tender documents in English according to customer demands and local grid codes.
• Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations and solution presentations for end customers, EPCs and distributors.
• Track Pakistan’s power grid regulations, energy storage policies and industry competition information, and feed back localized market demands to the product & R&D team.
• Collaborate closely with domestic product, delivery and after-sales teams to align technical solutions and clarify project implementation boundaries.
• Support tender participation, answer technical inquiries from customers during bidding, and handle technical negotiation.
