Job summary

BESTSELLER Pakistan seeks a Product Developer with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in Denim and Non-Denim. You will manage end-to-end product development, bulk production, and sourcing across assigned brands, coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.

You will work closely with merchandising, costing, and QA to ensure design intent, fit, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with brand DNA and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Denim and Non-Denim fabrics.
• Good understanding of garment product development and garment construction.
• Strong knowledge of Denim washes and wash development processes.
• Good understanding of garment costing and price negotiation.
• Knowledge of sampling and product development processes.
• Understanding of quality standards, testing requirements, and production processes.
• Good knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BESTSELLER brands and buyers on wash development, bulk execution, seasonal trends, inspiration, and product development.
• Manage sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories in line with brand requirements.
• Coordinate collection-wise sample development and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
• Support new product development initiatives from BESTSELLER Pakistan beyond seasonal collections.
• Oversee development and follow-up of Offer, First, Salesman, and Pre-Production samples; ensure samples meet design intent and brand requirements.
