Zameen Media Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle queries via email or chat and guide users on product features. You will update internal databases with issue details and share insights with product and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with help desk software, CRM systems, and strong communication skills, plus the patience to manage challenging cases and help junior team members grow.
