Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an in-house electronics repair technician to diagnose, repair and maintain electronic cards, PCBs, and control modules across production systems.

You will troubleshoot air conditioner control cards, UPS systems, power supplies, and drive equipment while interpreting circuit diagrams and schematics to ensure quick fault diagnosis and reliable operation onsite in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic cards, PCBs, and control modules.
• Interpret circuit diagrams and schematics for fault finding.
• Soldering, de-soldering and replacement of defective components.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HMI units, electronic control panels, and AC/DC controllers.
• Repair, test, and calibrate electronic measuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
• Troubleshoot and service walkie-talkies and other communication equipment.
• Maintain repair records and ensure safety standards compliance.

To ensure that the repair,maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic cards and circuit boards arecarried out in-house, thereby reducing outsourcing costs, improving turnaroundtime, enhancing quality control, and strengthening internal technicalcapabilities.

Job Description

• Perform in-house troubleshooting, repair, andmaintenance of electronic cards, PCB boards, and control modules.
• Diagnose and repair air conditioner controlcards, UPS systems, and power supply units.
• Troubleshooting and repairing of Variable FrequencyDrives (VFDs), soft starters & power supply.
• Repair and test welding plants (single-phaseand three-phase) to ensure reliable operation.
• Conduct component-level fault diagnosis,soldering, de-soldering, and replacement of defective electronic components.
• Repair and maintain HMI units, electroniccontrol panels, and AC/DC controllers.
• Troubleshoot and service walkie-talkies andother communication equipment.
• Repair, test, and calibrate electronicmeasuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
• Interpret circuit diagrams, technical manuals,and schematics for effective fault finding and repairs.
• Hands on experience with repair tools, including solderingstations, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, PCB/BGA rework equipment& work stations.
• Capable of repairing multilayerPCB-level electronic cards
• Maintain repair records, ensure compliancewith safety standards, and support the development of in-house electronicrepair capabilities.
