Job summary

INTECH AutomationIntelligence seeks an Electrical Engineer to join our team, supporting E-House solutions across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. You will review RFQs, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and engineering teams.

The role covers design, costing, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, with hands-on experience in LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS, VFDs, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
• 3-5 years of industrial experience.
• Experience in electrical system design, integration, and execution within industrial, utility, infrastructure, and oil & gas environments.
• Hands-on with LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS/DC systems, VFDs, bus duct systems, and building integration.
• Exposure to FAT, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC).
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD & ETAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, contracts, technical specifications, SLDs, datasheets, BOQs and tender documents.
• Develop technical solutions and proposals for electrical systems.
• Prepare Bid BOMs, MTOs, equipment lists and schedules.
• Estimate engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning efforts.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate OEM/supplier quotations for compliance and risk.
• Draft technical-commercial proposals and SOWs for sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
