Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Proposal) to lead technical and commercial bids for E-House solutions across Oil & Gas and Utilities. The role covers RFQ review, solution design for LV/MV switchgear, BOMs, cost estimates, and coordination with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years’ experience in electrical estimation, tendering, and project engineering, with strong IEC/IEEE and safety standards knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in electrical estimation, proposals or tendering.
• Experience reviewing RFQs, SLDs, specs, BOQs, datasheets and tender documents.
• Ability to prepare BOMs, MTOs, equipment lists and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, contracts and tender documents to define project scope.
• Develop technical solutions for LV/MV switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS, VFDs and soft starters.
• Prepare bid BOMs, MTOs, schedules, and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers and internal teams for inputs and timelines.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, SOWs, exclusions and clarifications.
