Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Lahore team, contributing to E-House solutions across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Utilities. You will support design, testing, commissioning, and documentation for LV/MV systems and associated equipment.

The role requires 4–6 years’ experience in industrial projects, with hands-on knowledge of switchgear, PMS, VFDs, and related standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, project engineering, or project execution, preferably within industrial, Oil & Gas, EPC, or system integration projects.
Hands-on or project experience with LV/MV switchgear & MCCs, PMS, VFDs.

Responsibilities

Support and execute electrical engineering and project execution activities for industrial projects involving LV/MV switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, transformers, PMS, VFDs, and soft starters.
Review project RFQs, specifications, drawings, and scope of work to understand customer requirements and ensure execution in accordance with project commitments.
Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers for design, engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Assist in preparing engineering effort estimates, resource requirements, and project budgets.
Review engineering drawings, calculations, technical documents, and other project deliverables for compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate with the project planning team for preparation and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, progress trackers, and engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely submission of engineering documents, equipment data, drawings, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
