Machinery Maintenance: Execute preventive and emergency breakdown maintenance on CNC routers, double-head cutting machines, copy routers, end milling machines, and automated glass cutting/processing lines.
- Automation & Controls: Troubleshoot and configure PLC systems, HMI interfaces, VFDs/AC drives, servo systems, and pneumatic controls.
- Electrical Diagnostics: Read complex electrical schematics to inspect and repair control panels, MCC/PCC panels, motors, encoders, and photoelectric/proximity sensors.
- Reliability & Performance: Perform root-cause analysis on machinery failures, reduce downtime, maintain maintenance logs, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Commissioning: Support machine installation, parameter configuration, and industrial networking setup for new production lines.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: B.Sc. / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics (DAE Electrical with extensive hands‑on experience will also be considered).
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and automation within manufacturing facilities Automated Assembly Lines
- Core Automation Platforms: Hands‑on familiarity with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Schneider PLC platforms.
- Technical Knowledge: Electrical control panels, motor controls, fault diagnosis, schematic reading, and utility systems (air compressors, power distribution).
- Solar & Power Systems: Practical knowledge of industrial solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, battery systems, net metering, solar monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and integration with industrial electrical distribution systems.
