Job summary

Elite Human Resource is seeking a skilled Sales Support professional to manage installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales technical service for technical education equipment in universities and technical colleges. The role includes field visits, demonstrations, and close collaboration with procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience; candidates with up to 5 years may be considered.
• Hands-on experience with technical education products/equipment used in higher education institutions.
• Familiarity with Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, and Industrial laboratory equipment.
• Experience in product demonstrations, technical training, installation, troubleshooting, or technical sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, faculty, lab staff, and procurement teams.
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for education equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training for faculty, lab staff, instructors, and students.
• Conduct field visits for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and customer support.
• Support the Sales Team with technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with OEM/principal companies for technical support, spare parts, training, and warranty matters.
• Provide post-sales and technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Travel to customer sites across assigned cities/regions as required.
