Job summary

Aqovia is seeking a Technical Analyst with EdTech and LMS expertise to bridge academic workflows and software delivery. You will support agile squads building large-scale learning platforms, design APIs, and translate complex needs into precise technical docs and user stories.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure API-first development, data modeling, and seamless system integrations with Moodle and external services. This role emphasizes fast-paced delivery and technical communication.

Qualifications

• Elicit requirements and write precise user stories with acceptance criteria and Gherkin scenarios.
• Architect RESTful APIs and define web service contracts using JSON Schema and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Design integrations between Moodle, PHP/Laravel environments, and third-party systems (SIS, payment gateways).
• Model relational data structures and map complex system flows using BPMN and UML.
• Validate APIs using Postman and collaborate with QA and Product Owners for acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and write precise user stories (with acceptance criteria and Gherkin scenarios) in Jira/Confluence.
