Job summary

Aqovia is seeking a sharp Business Analyst to bridge client stakeholders and engineering for a large-scale LMS. You will gather, document, and model functional and technical requirements to ensure features align with client needs.

You will craft FRDs, agile user stories, and use cases, map Moodle workflows, perform gap analyses, and coordinate change impacts while communicating clearly in English and applying Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as Software/Systems Analyst.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to convert high-level discussions into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and model requirements for the LMS platform.
• Create FRDs and technical specs from workflows.
• Write agile user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
• Map current-state vs target-state admin workflows in Moodle.
• Conduct gap analyses and evaluate configuration updates.
• Manage scope-change requests and assess impacts on timelines.
