Job summary

The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and sales teams, responding to customer inquiries through digital platforms, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information. The role also involves tracking competitor activity, supporting digital campaigns, and preparing regular performance reports for management.
