Job summary

Sridevi Associates in Hyderabad (Office) is seeking an Accounts & Finance Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager with strong e-commerce settlement experience.

You will oversee marketplace settlement reconciliation, claims handling, and returns accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely closures. The role requires 3–8 years of experience with at least 2 years in e-commerce marketplace accounting; CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketplace settlement reconciliation experience required.
• Minimum 3–8 years total in finance with at least 2 years in e-commerce marketplace accounting.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter or MBA finance; CA qualification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile marketplace settlement reports weekly/bi-weekly against internal records.
• Identify discrepancies; raise disputes with marketplace finance teams; track recoveries.
• Manage claims for short-paid orders, damaged stock, and SPF/SPF claims; maintain claims register.
• Record customer returns and reconcile with revenue; track RTV and GST impacts.
• Process vendor payables; maintain vendor ledger; monthly P&L and inventory valuation.
• Prepare monthly three-way reconciliation and assist external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow; prepare weekly cash flow forecast; GST compliance.
