Job summary

PakWheels AutoStore is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to uphold top quality in product listings, content accuracy, and customer experience. You will review listings, verify information, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

You will work with Category, Operations and Marketing to optimize content, monitor catalog health, and coordinate timely product launches across the platform. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 1–2 years in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Content Management or Quality Control; fresh graduates with internships welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with multi-tasking capacity.
• Experience with marketplaces like Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon is a plus.

Responsibilities

PakWheels AutoStore is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven E-Commerce Executiveto ensure our online marketplace maintains the highest standards of product quality, content accuracy, and customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing product listings, maintaining catalog quality, optimizing product content, and ensuring compliance with PakWheels' brand guidelines. You will work closely with the Category, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve product listings before publication.
• Verify product information, specifications, pricing, images, and categorization.
• Ensure listings comply with PakWheels quality standards and marketplace policies.
• Identify and resolve content inconsistencies, duplicate listings, and data inaccuracies.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and keywords to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Ensure consistency in product content, branding, and customer-facing information.
• Monitor product availability and listing health.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches.
• Review customer feedback related to product listings.
• Recommend improvements based on customer insights and marketplace trends.
• Monitor catalog quality metrics and operational KPIs.
• Prepare reports on listing accuracy, moderation performance, and content quality.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Content Management, or Quality Control (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon is an advantage.
