Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, including:
• Order fulfillment and processing.
• Address sorting and verification.
• Order management and other Shopify-related tasks.
• Experience with courier company portals, preferably M&P, DEX, PostEx, etc.
• Ability to handle social media queries and customer complaints professionally.
• Experience in WhatsApp chat handling.
• Good call handling and customer communication skills.
• Overall understanding of e-commerce customer support, order processing, and logistics coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Matric, Bachelors , BA, B. com, I. com.
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
