Job summary

DWP Group is seeking a Commercial Analyst in Lahore to support E-Commerce decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, market intelligence, pricing analysis, and data-driven reporting. The role focuses on turning data into actionable business recommendations and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of analytics experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau to drive pricing optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, data analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, budgets, forecasts, and commercial opportunities.
• Extract, analyze, and validate sales and financial data to prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze digital pricing structures, customer data, and market trends to support pricing and margin optimization.
• Prepare business insights, presentations, and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps and recommend improvement areas.
