Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to design, develop, and deploy scalable CRM solutions. You will drive end-to-end project phases from planning to deployment and enable business process improvements through functional and technical CRM expertise.

You will lead across design, build, test, and deployment, leveraging Power Platform tools and Dataverse, and you will deliver comprehensive reports using SSRS and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proven experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations including Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Services modules.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Skilled in C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, AngularJS.
• Expertise in data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Experience with reporting tools like SSRS and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and cloud CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Contribute across all project phases: Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy.
• Implement best practices to ensure scalable, upgradeable, and supported customizations aligned with product roadmaps.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps Portal, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse to deliver business solutions.
• Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports for data visualization and business insights.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third‑party applications and services.
• Lead data migration efforts including data mapping, harmonization, and transformation using OOB and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business processes.
