Jashn.pk is seeking a confident, energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Pakistan. The role focuses on generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields, 1–3 years of sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is desired, with a preference for experience in events or digital services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and close sales effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
• Experience in events, wedding, hospitality, or digital services industry will be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Approach potential clients through calls, messages, meetings, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Present Jashn.pk’s offerings and packages effectively.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales offers; Negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Keep records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
