Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a route operations assistant to support vehicle maintenance, route planning, and administrative tasks at the branch.

You will coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance services, plan routes considering road and traffic conditions, maintain travel logs and mileage records, and uphold the company’s dress code and professional image while interacting with branch staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include arrangingregular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
• Planning each route based on road andtraffic conditions and managing service cost.
• Keep up a travel log to record areastravelled to, travel time, and work hours.
• Maintain accurate records,including mileage logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. Should constantly dress in line with theorganization’s clothing regulation.
• Should have the aptitude to communicatewell with Branch Manager, branch staffs and Customers visits branch.
• Supportbranch in administration related activities.
