Job summary

K-Electric, Karachi, seeks a Performance Management and Incentives Lead to drive distribution commercial performance and design scorecards aligned with the business plan. You will collaborate with strategy to set annual targets and monitor monthly results against KPIs.

The role requires a Professional Accountant or MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience and strong SAP-ISU, MS Office, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Accountant / MBA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Distribution Commercial procedures and policies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP - ISU along with analytical tools and MS office.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management and Incentive Disbursement.
• Partner with strategy team in designing performance scorecards for commercial distribution team in alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure accurate & critical evaluation of distribution performance on monthly basis through Financial, Sustainability and Customer Centric KPIs as per performance Scorecard framework.
• Participating in regular performance monitoring meetings with commercial heads to present performance results and suggest improvements.
• Planning and budgeting annual incentive plan and pay-out structure for distribution team.
