Job summary

K-Electric is seeking a Deputy Manager, Business Finance - Transmission Projects to lead financial planning, budgeting and analysis for transmission initiatives. You will coordinate with technical teams, prepare business cases and ensure compliance with commercial terms.

The role requires ACCA or equivalent, 3+ years in finance for large projects, and strong SAP skills, with ability to brief executives and regulators like NEPRA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance for large-scale transmission projects.
• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification and a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in SAP for financial processing and reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, CAPEX, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Transmission technical teams to gather requirements for grid projects.
• Analyze project load against capacity and prepare financial analyses.
• Prepare business cases and investment models for regulatory asset base (RAB).
• Monitor budgets, CAPEX/REVEX, and monthly cash reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage vendor invoices.
• Prepare management approval notes and reports for NEPRA submissions.
• Liaise with Accounts and Treasury to ensure timely payments.
