Job summary

Master Group is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Karachi to oversee daily loading and dispatch activities. The role requires coordinating with Production, FGW, and loading teams, updating dispatch transactions in Oracle/ERP, and maintaining accurate records to meet daily dispatch targets.

Applicants should have at least an intermediate qualification (Bachelor's preferred) in Business Administration or related fields, with strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle/ERP.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Excel; knowledge of Oracle/ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily loading and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinate with Production and Finished Goods Warehouse to ensure product availability as per dispatch requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders and update order status for smooth dispatch planning.
• Ensure correct products, quantities and orders are arranged for loading as per dispatch plan.
• Coordinate with warehouse and loading team to minimize dispatch delays and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Update order details, dispatch status, and related transactions in Oracle/ERP software.
• Maintain daily dispatch records, loading details and relevant documentation.
• Report order shortages, product discrepancies, and dispatch delays to supervisor for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper coordination among Production, Warehouse and Dispatch teams to achieve daily dispatch targets.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by supervisor to support operational efficiency.
