Job summary

adidas Group in Pakistan seeks a seasoned engineering professional to lead product development and commercialization, ensuring manufacturability, correct material choices, and adherence to cost targets within the Adidas Create to Value framework.

You will collaborate with Tier1 factories, HQ teams, and external partners to translate designs into production-ready samples, oversee timelines, and advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in product engineering, development and commercialization timelines.
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions during development and commercialization.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product testing and material types.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and commercialization of assigned products with Tier1 factory personnel and technical teams.
• Ensure transition of design into samples and production, meeting manufacturability, material standards, timelines and cost targets.
• Upgrade technical applications and processes and implement new technology in development and engineering.
• Supervise development between Headquarters/Creation Center and Tier1 factory aligning with Create to Value and product integrity.
• Influence HQ and external stakeholders to drive change using Adidas standards as the central focus.
