adidas is seeking an experienced professional in Pakistan (Sialkot) to lead development and commercialization of assigned products. You will collaborate with Tier1 factories and technical teams to ensure manufacturability, material standards, and cost targets are met.

Role requires a strong engineer with pattern engineering, 5+ years of experience, and fluent English. You will coordinate with HQ Design, Marketing, Brand Ops, and external suppliers, driving adidas standards in product creation.

Formación

• University degree in engineering or related area.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
• Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, materials processing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products with Tier1 factory personnel and technical teams.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure transition of design into samples and production with manufacturability, material standards, and cost targets.
• Upgrade technical applications and processes with new technology in development and engineering.
• Supervise development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier1 factory to ensure Create to Value and product integrity.
• Influence HQ and external parties and drive change using adidas standards as the focal point.
• Make day-to-day decisions within defined scope; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Execute defined directives; role-model leadership to foster diversity, equity & inclusion.
