Job summary

Overseas Manpower & Technical Services in Lahore is seeking a strategic Head of Technical Department to steer technical operations, trade testing, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee workshops, staffing, budgeting, and adherence to SOPs in a demanding environment.

The role requires a strong engineering or public administration background with at least 8 years of managerial experience in technical manpower training or overseas recruitment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Public Administration from an HE recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in technical manpower training or overseas recruitment.
• Experience in compliance with Emigration Ordinance 1979 and regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all departmental technical operations, trade testing workshops, and skill assessment programs; ensure strict compliance with the Emigration Ordinance 1979 and BEOE rules; oversee trade testing protocols for welders, electricians, and mechanics; liaise with overseas corporate employers and regulatory authorities; manage departmental budget and technical staffing.
