CureMD Corporation is seeking a Director of Engineering in Lahore to own technology strategy and delivery across Development, Database, DevOps, Security, and VoIP. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of managers, architects, and engineers, guiding architecture and hands-on technical decisions.

The role demands deep ASP.NET/.NET expertise, cloud platform experience, and strong people leadership. You’ll partner with the CIO and cross-functional leaders to align tech with business priorities

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with 6–8 years in senior leadership
• Hands-on ASP.NET/.NET expertise
• Experience owning Database, DevOps, and Security functions
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS, containerization, and CI/CD
• Understanding HIPAA and healthcare IT security
• Proven project and program management across multiple initiatives
• Strong executive communication skills
• VoIP/telephony exposure a plus

Responsabilités

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Development, Database, DevOps, Security, and VoIP functions
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering organization of managers, architects, and engineers
• Provide architectural direction across the ASP.NET/.NET stack to ensure scalable and secure apps
• Own end-to-end software delivery with Product and QA to drive release cadence and quality
• Oversee database architecture, performance, availability, and DR strategies
• Drive DevOps maturity: CI/CD, automation, containers, and release engineering
• Provide oversight of VoIP/telephony alignment with roadmap and security
• Define engineering KPIs and report progress to CIO and senior leadership
• Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement in operations
• Evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and product quality
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and career development
