Job summary

WPP Media Pakistan is seeking a junior digital media planner to join our hybrid team. You will support the development of digital media plans across paid social, search, video, display, and programmatic channels, and coordinate launches with internal teams and media partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media studies or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital media or advertising.
• Familiarity with major digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development of digital media plans across paid social, search, video, display, and programmatic.
• Prepare plans, budgets, and campaign implementation documents.
• Coordinate launches with internal teams and partners.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance against KPIs.
• Analyze data and provide optimization recommendations.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation.
