Job summary

WPP Media in Pakistan is hiring an Executive, Digital Media Planning to support the development of digital media plans across paid social, search, video, display, and programmatic platforms. You will coordinate with internal teams and media partners to ensure timely execution and delivery against KPIs.

You will engage with analytics to generate insights, learn platform capabilities, and build relationships with client stakeholders, contributing to growth for one of the world's largest media

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, or related disciplines.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital media plans across paid social, search, video, display, and programmatic platforms.
• Prepare media plans, flowcharts, budget allocations, and campaign implementation documents.
• Coordinate campaign launches with internal teams and media partners.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and provide optimization recommendations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign‑end performance reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all digital campaigns.
