Integriti Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own every digital channel and drive measurable growth. You will set the digital strategy, run the full funnel from first impression to repeat customer, and be accountable for the numbers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will build and test campaigns, guide a team and agency partners, and leverage data and AI tools to speed up decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of revenue/lead growth through digital channels with measurable results.
• Hands-on expertise in paid media and managing meaningful monthly budgets.
• Strong SEO, content marketing and social media growth capabilities.
• Practical CRO experience including landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Solid analytics skills: GA4, tag management, dashboards used by stakeholders.
• Experience with email and marketing automation platforms and lifecycle campaigns.
• Knowledge of privacy and consent requirements and their impact on tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to turn data into decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all channels and budgets.
• Set quarterly growth goals and allocate spend by channel based on ROI.
• Act as accountable for digital performance reporting to leadership.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and community initiatives.
• Build partnerships, influencer programs and affiliate channels where fitting.
• Own CRO across landing pages and checkout/lead flows; conduct structured testing.
• Develop lifecycle journeys via email, SMS, WhatsApp and push with segmentation.
