Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a Trainer – Digital Marketing for its Bano Qabil Institute in Lahore. The trainer will deliver practical, industry-focused digital marketing instruction and mentor students to build portfolios and real-world projects.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and related tools.

Mansioni

• Deliver practical training in Digital Marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Conduct live and simulated campaigns and e-commerce training using platforms like Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, and AI tools.
• Prepare and deliver hands-on sessions, learning materials, assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
• Guide students in developing professional portfolios, real-world projects and campaigns.
• Mentor students on freelancing, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, client communication and remote work.
• Monitor attendance, performance, competency progress, and LMS records.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to curriculum improvement.
