Job summary

adlance, a UK-registered digital marketing agency with delivery in Lahore, seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own the digital marketing outcomes for UK client accounts. You will lead strategy, campaigns across paid social, search, email, and organic, and direct the creative and client relationship.

You will supervise content, design and video teams, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, media, communications, design or related field.
3–4 years of professional experience running digital marketing campaigns.
Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, including paid budgets.
Portfolio or case studies showing owned campaigns and results.
Experience leading or directing other creatives.

Responsibilities

Own the digital marketing strategy for assigned UK client accounts: objectives, channels, budget, success metrics.
Plan and run campaigns end to end across paid social, search, email and organic.
Lead the creative and branding on campaigns; brief the team and ensure quality.
Direct client communications: present plans, report performance, maintain relationships.
Analyze data to inform next cycles: what changes to make and why.
Lead content, design and video teams working on accounts.
