We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Teamlead for our digital marketing team at our company in Multan Pakistan. As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists to achieve company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure effective execution of all campaigns
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts
• Participate in budget planning and manage budget allocation for various marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing and other digital channels
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance
