Job Specification

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager: campaign creation, audience targeting, ad sets, and basic optimization tactics
• Practical understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools
• Basic analytics skills: ability to read key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rates) and produce concise performance summaries
• Experience with spreadsheets for reporting and budget tracking; comfortable with formulas and pivot tables
• Strong written communication for ad copy testing, content captions, and internal documentation
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and content calendars simultaneously
• Familiarity with UTM tagging, basic tracking setup, and working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Ability to follow processes and implement feedback from senior marketers; attention to detail when preparing creative assets and ad copy variations
