Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst for Digital & Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) to gather, document, and validate requirements across mobile banking, internet banking, digital onboarding, and payment ecosystems.

You will produce BRDs, FRs, Agile user stories, process flows, and API mappings, coordinating with UX/UI, tech teams, fintech partners, and external vendors while ensuring SBP compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Banking, ADC channels, and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for digital banking and ADC channels.
• Prepare BRDs, FRS, Agile user stories, process flows, use cases, and journey maps.
• Develop API mapping documents covering REST/JSON, Open Banking APIs, and ISO 8583 fields.
