Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
• Experience with digital banking platforms, including online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital banking strategies to drive business growth and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to design and deliver digital banking solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital banking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, fintech companies, and technology vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) guidelines on digital banking.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to inform digital banking product development and improvement.
• Develop and manage digital banking budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital banking, including cybersecurity and fraud risks.
