Soum is building a fast-growing re-commerce marketplace and seeks a DevOps Engineer to own scalable, stable infrastructure. You will enhance CI/CD, manage Kubernetes deployments, and drive infrastructure as code across all environments.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, and monitoring stacks (New Relic/Prometheus/Grafana). A startup background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of DevOps on production applications.
• Minimum 1 year working with Terraform.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Experience in agile development practices.
• Experience in a fast growing startup is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure scalability, stability and availability of critical systems.
• Improve CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Create and maintain Helm manifests for Kubernetes.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code across environments.
• Set up monitoring with New Relic, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Debug infra and identify bottlenecks.
• Oversee company-wide tech infrastructure across environments.
• Manage VPN, load balancers and firewalls.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Drive ongoing improvements and cost optimization.
• Provide 24x7 monitoring and escalate incidents as needed.
• Investigate incidents and produce incident reports.
