Job summary

Imtiaz is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for a retail e-commerce platform. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery processes.

You will collaborate with development and QA to streamline deployments, manage cloud resources, monitor performance, and ensure production reliability across development, staging, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and scaling.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Manage secure deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and container registry services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Participate in incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Apply DevSecOps practices including security scanning and secrets management.
• Monitor cloud usage and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Support performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot and provide operational support for production environments.
