We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and optimize the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation ecosystem powering our retail e-commerce platform.

This role focuses on enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery while ensuring system scalability, performance, and resilience across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Automation

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

• Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources

CI/CD Pipeline Development

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Ensure secure and efficient deployments across development, staging, and production

Containerization & Kubernetes

• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for deployment and scaling

• Implement Helm charts and maintain container registry services

Monitoring & Observability

• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

• Participate in incident resolution and post-mortems

Security & Compliance

• Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and secrets management

• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards

Performance & Cost Optimization

• Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs

• Support performance tuning and capacity planning

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production environments

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments

• Strong hands‑on experience with Docker & Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)

• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

• Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancing, DNS, CDN)

• Experience in e‑commerce or high‑traffic platforms is a plus
