Salary: PKR 100,000-150,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Design Department Coordinator to support the Head of Department in managing design operations and tracking site progress.

Key Duties

• Assist the Head of Department in planning, assigning, and managing all design department tasks
• Track progress across all ongoing sites and design projects, and report status to management
• Make sure the design and site teams deliver work on time and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate between architects, engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders
• Review drawings, design deliverables, and site updates for accuracy and consistency
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and design or site issues early, and follow up until they are resolved
• Maintain task trackers, schedules, and progress reports for the department
• Follow up with team members on deadlines and hold them accountable for results
• Support the Head of Department with reporting, meetings, and day-to-day decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in design and construction
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and drawings
• Hands-on site experience with a good understanding of construction execution
• Proven managerial and team coordination skills
• Ability to monitor multiple projects and sites at once
• Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills
• Well organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and hold teams to their targets

Preferred Candidate

An architect or civil engineer with both design knowledge and real site exposure, who can work as the right hand of the Head of Department and keep design and site teams on track.
