Sunia Zain Architects is seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our growing team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and has a hands-on approach to project development.

You will assist in developing design concepts, selecting materials, and coordinating with project teams while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• 1+ year of professional experience in architectural design and project development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & D5 Render; familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist Senior Architects in developing architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Support design development, material selection, detailing, and revisions.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Assist with site visits, surveys, and project execution when required.
• Incorporate feedback and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Utilize digital and AI-powered tools to improve design and workflow efficiency.

Sunia Zain Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• 1+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project development. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & D5 Render.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and basic detailing.
• Strong design sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those based in DHA or Bahria Town due to the office location.
