Job summary

Zesora is seeking an experienced Interior Designer for our Islamabad head office with occasional site visits to Khanaspur project site. The role requires 5–8 years of experience and a strong background in architecture and interior design, including landscaping and coordination with structural, architectural & MEP teams.

The successful candidate will manage design concepts, produce 3D renders, supervise site execution, and ensure seamless documentation across all design stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed university.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior design and allied disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural layouts, elevations and interior design including landscaping.
• Coordinate design elements across structural, architectural, MEP and infra works.
• Read and interpret drawings, including IFC/shop revisions.
• Site supervision and respond to on-site queries through RFIs and shop drawings.

Position: Interior Designer

Location: Islamabad Head office based with site visits to Khanaspur project site.

Experience: 5-8 years

Qualification: BS/MS Architecture or Interior Design from reputed University

Job Purpose: Manage Architectural design including interior design, landscaping, coordination of all design elements and consultants including Structure, architecture, MEP & infra works and relevant documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Architectural layouts, elevation design, Interior design, external development and landscaping.
• Prepare and review of concept and schematic designs including 3D models/renders.
• Space planning of luxury hotel/resort projects and ensuring proper flow.
• Technical drafting and documentation including preparation of drawings.
• Specify detailed interior design/finishes and theme of the hotel.
• Specify and coordinate selection & testing of finishing materials
• Coordinate all design elements including structural, architectural, MEP and Infra works.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, including IFC/shop/as-built revisions.
• Coordination between design consultants.
• Site supervision and resolution of on-site queries through RFIs, shop drawings etc

Skills:

• Deep understanding of construction materials especially finishing materials.
• Understanding of hotels/resorts space planning and interior themes.
• Understanding of external development and landscaping.
• Ability of coordinate structural, architectural and MEP design.

Software:

• AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Adobe photoshop, Lumion, 3Ds max, MS office or any other Drafting, 3D rendering software.
• Knowledge of Revit, Procore is an advantage.
