Job summary

Sunia Zain Architects is seeking a talented Architect to join our Rawalpindi team in Bahria Town Phase 7. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development, with strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills.

You will develop conceptual designs, prepare construction documents, and create high-quality 3D renderings using SketchUp and D5 Render.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience creating high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for architectural design is a plus.
• Candidates residing in Rawalpindi/Islamabad preferred (DHA/Bahria Town location).

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and translate them into design solutions.
• Prepare drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, D5 Render, and related tools.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in design development, material selection, and detailing.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.
• Strong command of architectural software including:

• Ability to produce high quality design presentations, drawings, and visualizations.
• Excellent design sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and workflows for architectural design and productivity will be considered an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those based in DHA or Bahria Town due to the office location.
