Qualifications

• MBA Finance (HEC-recognized) or ACCA with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in recording journal vouchers and generating trial balances.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and general ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in developing and operating the accounting system for recording financial transactions according to GAAP.
• Record entries in the general ledger and help update the chart of accounts periodically.
• Prepare monthly opening/closing of general ledger modules with data from ERP modules.
• Record Journal Vouchers in the ERP system and collect supporting documents from departments.
• Generate reports including Trial Balance, Grouping, and Account Analysis from ORACLE ERP.
• Prepare data responses to queries/discrepancies from internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task as assigned by the manager.

MBA Finance from an institute recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) or ACCA with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to assist in recording journal vouchers, generating Trial balance, ensuring opening and closing of different modules in general ledger. The incumbent is also responsible to manage documentation of required data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist manager in the development and functioning of accounting system to record and report all financial transactions as per generally accepted accounting principles.
• Record entries in the general ledger module and assist in periodic updating of chart of accounts.
• Prepare monthly opening and closing process of different modules in general ledger module in which data is imported from respective ERP modules to update general ledger module on a timely basis.
• Record Journal Vouchers in the ERP system and collect and maintain supporting document from different departments.
• Generate financial and other reports including Trial Balance, Grouping, and Account Analysis from ORACLE based ERP system.
• Prepare data for response to queries / discrepancies relating to general ledger as received from internal audit / external audit.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task as assigned by the manager.
