Job summary

Software Finder is seeking an analytical, process-driven Assistant Manager – Demand Generation to strengthen our marketing engine and alignment with Sales. You will own campaign workflows, CRM data, and reporting that turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and leadership to ensure every lead is tracked, nurtured, and measured across the full B2B funnel.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B lead lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, incl. pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to debug pipeline issues
• Experience working with Sales teams
• Ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from setup, launch, tracking and optimization
• Build and maintain lead nurturing journeys through funnel stages
• Align marketing pipeline with Sales including lead definitions, scoring, routing, and handoffs
• Monitor campaign performance and address underperforming channels
• Ensure CRM data integrity and privacy compliance
• Fix pipeline issues such as leakage, attribution gaps, and lifecycle errors
• Use Power BI to analyze campaign, funnel, and revenue metrics
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and forecasting
• Track KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for Marketing and Sales
• Standardize data cleaning, segmentation, analysis, and reporting processes
